Your Trusted Guide to Virtual Pride

Watch from your couch, watch on the go—just watch!

For the first time in its 50-year history, New York City (ground zero for the fight for LGBTQ equality) and many others globally will not have their annual Pride celebrations. Instead, they will host virtual festivities due to restrictions on public gatherings in light of the coronavirus disease pandemic. Interpride, the organization that connects over 356 Pride organizations in 56 countries, has also coordinated a 24-hour livestream event. Dubbed Global Pride, it will feature performances and speeches from Prides across the world.

We’ve assembled our picks of the Pride celebrations over the next few days you simply can’t miss. All events will be streamed online and or broadcasted on television for worldwide viewing. Included among these events are: performances, public addresses, panel discussions, and even a live protest that you can watch. While the programming may vary, they all honor past and present LGBTQ luminaries in the fight for equality and recognize that the work isn’t done. Wherever you are, Freshfruit has made it very easy for you to join in on the festivities. Add an event to your calendar, sit back, click and enjoy.
